Greetings Tumblr explorer,

My name is Katia Hougaard and I am an outsider artist, amateur jewellery designer / maker, amateur nature & fashion photographer and a plant biologist. I started this blog with the aim to share my work with a wider community on Tumblr, and I hope to learn from and be inspired by other artists on this site. This blog will be an “Aladdin’s Cave” of curiosity-stimulating artistic and natural treasures from my world. Richard is a master swordsman and was also once a Duelist; however, he had to take a break from school for a while because he got sick.  He was also the head of the fencing club and thought that Julie was its most talented member (maybe he even had a crush on her?)!  He believes wholeheartedly in Julie and wants her to be the very best, like no one ever was.  Sadly, in the end he has to leave school again.  Good luck, Richard!  (Maybe you can go on to make some cool anime?)

Happy Father’s Day Miguel!

What if Dilandau wasn’t entirely biologically male, as many assume? Could you imagine this happening in Escaflowne? This could help explain why Dilandau has such extreme mood swings and why they are only seen looking at the wine bottles but not drinking.

This isn’t just a meme, it’s a trailer for my fanfic idea. The Gigachad becomes the Giga Dad in my forthcoming Escaflowne fanfiction about the relationship between Miguel La Variel and Dilandau Albatou. This story explores important issues such as reproductive rights, class differences, toxic vs wholesome masculinity, personal freedom, and gender identity. Rest assured, Miguel turns out to be a wonderful father as well as a loving and supportive partner to Dilandau.

Malesona

I was wondering if my fellow transmasculine people on Tumblr ever have “malesonas”. Recently, I was talking about my stories to someone and said one of the male characters is “basically my malesona”. This is how you’d like to look and behave if you were a cisgendered male, and you create a character for a story that’s essentially this. Think of it being like the famous term “fursona” used in the furry community. If this isn’t a thing yet, I think it’s a handy and witty term to describe a character like this.
